At COMMENSE, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip inside, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
